A brand of health food bar, one of those ones that is like, a dollar or more per bar. Contains a 40-30-30 ratio of carbs to
protein to
fat which is supposed to be ideal to satisfy hunger and build muscle and good stuff like that. Most of the flavors are pretty gross in that
PowerBar kind of way but I am extremely partial to the Honey Peanut flavor that I eat for
breakfast every morning, kind of like a healthy
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.
