After a career in law and politics he recently retired at the relatively young age of 55 suffering from terminal burnout and a recognition that he would never live to spend the money he had made if he didn't stop working 16 hours a day, seven days a week.
Now retired to the bucolic backwoods of East Texas he spends his time playing computer games, reading, petting his 6 cats, growing vegatables, and traveling several times a year to the United Nations headquarters in Geneva where he serves as an NGO delegate to the UN Economic and Social Commission.
