Croteam is a company - with the classic "from garage to riches" story - in Zagreb, Croatia, that has developed some interesting bits of code. They made some football games for Amiga, but their most recent work was for their 3D FPS engine called the Serious Engine, and the first game that uses it - Serious Sam.
