An analog vocoder / string synthesizer with a 49-note keyboard. Released in 1979, and also known as the Vocoder Plus.

Apart from being a vocoder, the VP-330 also offers human voice and strings sections.
There are 3 VCOs, and an LFO for vibrato with controls for depth, delay and rate. For filters there are eighteen 54dB/octave bandpass, one 54dB/oct low-/high-pass and twenty 18dB/oct low-pass VCFs. Simple AR envelope controls are available, as well as a mixer for the 3 sections.
An ensemble effect is also included, as well as a CV/gate interface for external control.
