Thief

In dreams, quietly you sneak,
stealing a little piece of my heart.
A tickle pilfered,
a grin purloined,
and a dizzy giddy giggle snatched.
You think I don't see,
but that streak of red
trailing you sets you apart.
But I don't mind
your little larceny of love...
I sit up in bed to remember,
and wonder if you'll be my valentine.
