Well, I guess to be fair, it's got two stops. The one where you get on, and the next one, where you get off. It goes from the Space Needle to the Westlake Center and back. That's it. And it costs a dollar. I don't want to say rip-off, but one stop?

I realize that they built it as an exhibition for the 1962 World's Fair, not for heavy-duty public transit use, and they've got to get some money for its operation and upkeep, but I really think there should be a big warning sign that reads: "This monorail has only one stop. Please do not stay on the monorail after the first stop, or you will feel foolish as the monorail starts moving in the opposite direction, and in the end, you'll only waste all of our time." Then I wouldn't have stayed on the monorail after that first stop, and I wouldn't have felt foolish as the monorail started moving in the opposite direction.
