copyrights thousands of
short sayings. Then, he looks for usage of these sayings in other
sources and places, and when he spots one, he claims
copyright infringement.
When television journalist David Brinkley wrote a book entitled "Everyone is Entitled to My Opinion", Brilliant contacted him about violation of copyright. The publisher paid Brilliant $1000 because it was cheaper than court fees.
Let's just hope he doesn't find Everything, or we could find a different meaning to The Everything Copyright Problem.
