When you get older and get a job that lasts longer than summer vacation you are often told by strange little training coordinators and/or bosses that your company wants happy campers.
Soon, as you discover you have idiots for bosses as well as some of your co-workers, you will use this phrase to allude to their incompetence.
Question: "How's that project coming?"
